New Tunes Tuesday

Got some good stuff for your Tuesday listening...

Just downloaded Coldplays new tune Viva La Vida from their new album. At first I didn't know what to think about it, but then I have been listening non stop to it on my iPod. Its really some good stuff. The rest of the album will drop on June 17.




Check out the new record from Building 429 titled "Glory Defined". You will recognize The Space In Between Us, and the tracks I like are I Belong To You, and Majesty. Not as good as the first record, but they are true to their sound on this record.




If rock is your flavor, then check out Since October. There new cd titled "This Is My Heart" has some great guitar driven get you through your afternoon songs. Worth checking out.






Now to close the list this week I am drawn to Steven Curtis Chapman. Yes the "Great Adventure" guy. I still can't get that song out of my head...

You all know what has happened in his family with the lose of his daughter Maria. Still through her funeral and now the aftermath he is still having his faith and trust in God. He wrote the song Cinderella for Maria. That song has such an effect now. Its easy to write and sing songs when times are good, but you find out what you are made of when you face the hardest times. I think that matters more, what we sing and write in those dark times define us. I am inspired by SCC.
