Strategy

Here's the latest entry from the moleskin. I use mine for quick jot of ideas and for brainstorming. My brain functions in a way that I get ideas, big ideas but I never work out the details. My moleskin allows me to journal my ideas out.
The latest subject I have wrested with is strategy. I use strategy the way others use mission, or purpose.

What to do when a strategy is not clear.
- don't demand a new one, encourage or suggest
- don't try to recreate one quickly
- offer discussion about the issue

The best strategy is often the simplest. The one you are wresting with may be to complicated.
Keep it simple stupid. The purpose of the strategy is to provide purpose behind all the time and work others are giving. They won't give their time to something they don't understand and believe in.

Actions:
- Write a simple version of the strategy
- Share it with the team
- They might add to it, be open but be true to what you believe

Be open to others ideas, often a strategy can be birthed out of one idea.
