Social networking and microbloggging service utilising instant messaging, SMS, or a web interface.


I use twitter as a mini-blog. Its so easy to update (from my phone or web) and the updates show on my blog and on the twitter website. Twitter is also a great way to keep in touch (social network) with others. I receive many twitter updates from others right to my phone. They come as a text message. Its easy, and it fits my lifestyle. I am addicted to my phone, so its natural to have the updates to my phone.

The question that I have been asking myself for a while is how. How can I use twitter to communicate to other leaders. How can I reach out to others and share the love of Christ with them. We as Christ follows must be willing to use whatever means we have to share the gospel. That includes Twitter.

We are in the process of rebranding LFA, and created a web-presence. Not just a new website, but a web-presence. What I mean by that is not just having a static webpage, but a interactive presence. We complete this by using Twitter, blogs, Myspace, Facebook...the list goes on and on. We are in our first steps of this idea, a place LFA has never been. The possibilities are endless, and the opportunity to share the love of Christ is mind blowing...
