Weekend

When I think about the weekend I think of family, rest, and maybe a little golf. I don't think about working, kid being sick, missing a wedding. Thats what my weekend was like. Kaden is getting better, its amazing what medicine can do. But I did see Ironman. Wow

Sunday we started a new series called Your Next Step. Pastor is out of town all this week, Andrew spoke and did a great job. Worship was a little different, but really good. I felt the Lord telling me to chill. I know what your thinking, chill? The purpose of a worship guy is to provide an atmosphere where people can worship the Lord. I know that. But sometimes I really think its good to have times where people are a little uncomfortable. I know I just lost some people...
There is so much power in being still before the Lord.

I can't figure out why my son is hiding my creamer from me. I get up, go and get my beans out of the fridge and get out my grinder. Make some great Starbucks blend coffee and reach for my creamer. Then its no where to be found. I blamed it on my wife, and then had to apologize. That happens a lot to me.

I think I'm going to start hiding things from my son. I think his bed is a good place to start...
